Our fund raising events and donations of money in 2009, in spite of some blips, enabled us to send a total of £805.35 to Hope and Homes for Children.  Money also given in lieu of presents for special anniversaries, payments for talks about the charity, covering and selling shoe boxes and a generous donation from the Hethersett Pantomime Group pushed the total to well over £1,000.  I cannot thank our supporters enough for their help and generosity.  In spite of the credit crunch this is a splendid result.  Thank you and A HAPPY NEW YEAR to you all.
