Jubilee Youth Club News

Thank you to everyone who has supported us in our fundraising events.

We are delighted that the youth club is up and running on Wednesday evenings during the term time and the new term will bring new activities for the 11-13 age group.  There are still spaces available so if you are interested just go along to the hall on Wednesday eve.

We are also looking for some more volunteers to help out at the club. (No experience is needed!)  We have a rota for volunteers, which means you might only be asked to help out once a month!

We are still running the “Friends of Hethersett Youth Centre” and would be interested in speaking to anyone who would like to join. The aim of the friends is to raise money on a regular basis by making a small monthly, 6 monthly or annual donation to help with maintaining the property. If you are interested please email us via the ‘contact us’ link above.

There are still plans to start an After School Club at the hall during term time especially for young people in Years 7&8!  There will be organised activities, time to complete homework and somewhere to relax with friends.  We will offer qualified staff and a safe welcoming environment.  If you are interested please email us via the ‘contact us’ link above.

Finally we are waiting until the better weather before arranging future events.  We are looking at possibly holding a jumble sale, another quiz evening  and a few other ideas.  If you have any ideas or wish to hold an event for us please  email us via the ‘contact us’ link above.
